Next Egnaton meeting, May 22nd to 24th
There is amonth left for the next meeting of the workshops of Egnaton (european association of sustainable laboratorios). Hib will participate actively as it’s doing the latest years.
The last edition took place in Marl (Germany); HIB also took part there at workshops, technician committee and in the executive. The significant topics to consider were the ones regarding the short term strategies to be developed by the association as well as the organization of their presence in the fair trade Achema 2012, which will be held in Frankfurt the next June.
All workshop responsibles constitute the technical committee; they selected the coordination lines of the groups ( informing the progression obtained) , and the initiative of creation a platform of European Universities which are linked to EGNATON association was also discussed. Furthermore, the proposal of new workshops were also included in these discussions.
During the workshops, the group IV should be highlighted, coordinated by the Innovation Manager of HIB, concerning the life cycle costs of the laboratories in which it’s worked to obtain a new calculating tools of that costs.
HIB was invited to value the scientific installations and Infracor laboratories, a significant company in the chemical industry and manager of the “site” where the mentioned meetings were celebrated during the last month of february.
